The scope

A CRM is only useful when the right information reaches the right person at the right time. I connect websites and applications with the customer records and sales processes already in use. That may mean passing a qualified enquiry, linking a booking to a contact or showing a status update inside an existing workflow. I start with the data and the people who act on it, not with the name of a connector.

When this helps
  • Leads arrive in email while the sales team works in a CRM
  • Bookings or orders need to update an existing customer record
  • Staff copy details between systems and cannot tell which version is current

What I can deliver

  1. A field and event map showing which system owns each piece of information

  2. An agreed API, webhook or embedded workflow between the site and CRM

  3. Checks for validation, duplicate records, failed delivery and access permissions

  4. A short operational guide for tracing and correcting sync issues

How I work

Map the handoff

I follow the information from the form or application to the person who uses it.

Define data ownership

I agree on fields, events, permissions and what should happen when a record already exists.

Connect and test

I implement the agreed integration and check successful, repeated and failed submissions.

Make it supportable

I document where to inspect errors and how staff should handle exceptions.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change CRM?

Usually not. I first review whether the current CRM supports the required fields, API access and workflow.

Can the connection work in both directions?

It can if both systems permit it, but two-way sync adds conflict rules. I define which system wins before recommending it.

What happens when a lead is submitted twice?

Duplicate handling belongs in the specification. I agree on matching rules and test them against the real record structure.
