Hebset
A legacy CRM rewrite, a new portal and API-connected reporting for midwives in Germany.
I read this as a staged modernization: WordPress API work, CRM replacement and portal synchronization belong together, but the portal remains in progress.

The challenge
Hebset is a web service for midwives in Germany. Its older software had become difficult to extend and maintain. The work covered both an earlier WordPress integration with the Hebset API and a later modernization of the CRM and its connected portal.
The approach
I worked on the WordPress integration with the Hebset API, the legacy CRM rewrite and the connected portal. The engagement also included an electronic-reporting plugin for nursing staff. Portal development is continuing, so I present this as a multi-stage engagement rather than a finished replacement of every part of the system.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
A connected modernization effort
This case brings the related integration and redevelopment work together. The portal and CRM have distinct roles, with synchronization linking them. The most recent project record describes portal development as ongoing; the case does not present the entire modernization as a completed public release.
Electronic reports alongside the portal
Reporting was a separate part of the engagement. I worked on a plugin for electronic reports used by nursing staff and on integration with the Hebset API. The public sign-in screen is enough to identify the portal without exposing authenticated records or patient information.
The outcome
Hebset API connected to WordPress
Legacy CRM rewritten
New service development with CRM synchronization

What operational work did this involve?
WordPress API work and CRM replacement supported a staged portal modernisation; the portal phase was still in progress.
