UCtel

a corporate website with reusable content blocks

For UCtel, I built reusable publishing blocks so technical services, projects and articles could share a layout system without becoming identical pages.

The challenge

UCtel needed a clearer way to explain its mobile-signal and connectivity services. The site had to support both the company presentation and ongoing publication of service information, articles and project examples.

The approach

The delivered WordPress site is responsive and uses editable Gutenberg and ACF-based blocks. The client can assemble content within a shared design system rather than commissioning a new layout for each publication.

The project, in detail

Content blocks as an editorial tool

Text, images and other page content are managed through the block editor. Shared blocks support different pages while keeping the appearance consistent with the implemented layouts.

Services supported by evidence

Service pages explain the offering, the blog provides an editorial channel, and case pages describe completed projects. The company page gives visitors the context behind the technical services.

Checking both sides of publishing

Implementation checks covered responsive layouts and the publishing workflow. Blocks were reviewed both in their editable form and on the final page, alongside performance work on the WordPress site.

Delivered

An editable corporate site with a consistent set of blocks for services, articles and project stories.

Details of UCtel

Could the team publish technical content itself?

Yes. Gutenberg and ACF blocks supported service pages, articles and project stories inside a consistent design, with the publishing workflow checked alongside the frontend.
