Narbuli
a retreat experience with a practical booking path
I worked with OnePix on a multilingual WordPress site for Narbuli, connecting room and retreat pages with HubSpot enquiries and individual payment links.

The challenge
Narbuli was previously presented inside a broader institute website alongside unrelated services. Visitors needed a dedicated place to understand the Latvian retreat house, explore its programmes and decide whether the experience suited them. The site also had to remain recognisably connected to the institute’s other brands.
The approach
I worked with OnePix on a separate WordPress site for the retreat house. The design uses real room photography and keeps a visual connection with the institute’s other brands. I built flexible page sections, three language editions, HubSpot enquiries and individual payment links.
Inside the retreat house
Client photography from the public King Room gallery. The images show the place behind the website; photography is not my work.
The project, in detail
The original project archive sits alongside October 2026 views of the public site. Current room pages and the date selector show the visitor journey today. Private HubSpot records and individual payment pages are not shown.
Rooms and programmes editors can change
I built reusable sections for room and retreat pages. Editors can change background colours, button styling and element positions instead of needing a new template for each programme. The current room catalogue shows how photography and practical details sit together.
Three editions of the same retreat
I supported three language versions that can differ in page structure as well as text. The original build also included an opening screen that transitions into a video preview during scrolling. The archive images show the project presentation from that period.
An enquiry before a payment
I connected enquiries to HubSpot and payments to Assist. A manager can create a restricted payment page for the agreed amount and send its link to the guest. The public date selector shown here is from October 2026; it illustrates the current enquiry journey, not the private payment interface.
On a smaller screen
Real phone-sized browser captures from October 2026. They show the current site; content and product details may have changed since delivery.
The outcome
Three language editions with flexible page structures
HubSpot enquiries and manager-generated payment links
Details of Narbuli
Was retreat booking an instant checkout?
No. HubSpot collected enquiries, and managers created restricted Assist payment pages with the agreed amount for each guest.
