ERP Integration Development

When your operations run on an ERP, everything else should talk to it automatically.

The scope

An ERP integration fails when two systems use the same word for different things. A web store's stock figure, for example, may not mean available-to-sell inventory in the ERP. I begin by mapping records, ownership and timing, then build the agreed connection with a way to detect and correct failed transfers. The published portfolio includes commerce and inventory integrations; the exact ERP and data contract still need review for each client.

When this helps
  • Orders are copied from a store into an ERP by hand
  • Stock or price figures disagree between systems
  • You need to connect an existing ERP without replacing it

What I can deliver

  1. A data map for products, stock, orders or other agreed records

  2. A documented integration path using the supported APIs or exchange method

  3. Handling for missing data, repeated events and failed transfers

  4. Reconciliation checks and an operational handover for the responsible team

How I work

Compare the records

I inspect fields, identifiers and the people who correct exceptions today.

Set ownership

I agree on the source of truth, update direction and acceptable timing for each record.

Connect and verify

I implement the approved exchange and test normal, duplicate and failed events.

Hand over recovery

I document how to spot, retry and reconcile transfers after launch.

One bounded connection between existing systems

This price covers the starting scope described above. I confirm a quote after reviewing your brief and existing systems. Third-party fees are separate.

90-day cover for delivered development

For development work I deliver, I correct defects in the agreed scope reported within 90 days of launch. New features, changes by others and third-party outages are separate work.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need access to our ERP before estimating?

At minimum I need its interface documentation, a description of the records and an account of current workflows. The required access depends on the proposed integration.

Does everything have to sync in real time?

No. Some updates need immediate delivery, while scheduled batches can be safer and simpler for others. I choose per record and business need.

Will you replace our ERP?

This service connects systems. Replacing an ERP is a separate programme with different data and operational risks.
