EasyStaff
WordPress migration and a help center
I see the Help Center as more than a migration detail: it gives support content a structure people can actually navigate.

The challenge
EasyStaff's website needed to move from Tilda to WordPress. Alongside the migration, the brief called for a new Help Center with its own subsections, giving the site's support information a dedicated structure.
The approach
The site moved to WordPress, where a Help Center was built from scratch. Development and the subsequent support phase are presented together here as one engagement. The work covered the website's technical implementation and its continued maintenance.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
A help center for different product paths
The Help Center organized instructions around Payroll, Invoice and Connect, with routes for clients and freelancers. Russian and English site versions could be managed independently. After migration, support covered practical maintenance such as logs, backups, redirects, email settings and additional content blocks.

Support content follows the product
The Help Center groups instructions around Payroll, Invoice and Connect rather than mixing every topic into one long page. Its subsections give each product area a clear route, while the Russian and English versions remain manageable as separate content sets.
The outcome
Tilda-to-WordPress migration

What kind of website work was this?
