Zapier & Make Automation
Automations for routine work across existing apps.
Discuss a projectThe scope
Zapier and Make are useful when the job is to move a clear event between tools without maintaining a custom service. I first check the available triggers, permissions and volume limits, then design the path a failed step should take. If the flow needs complex business rules or sensitive data handling, I say so and consider a custom integration instead. The choice depends on the workflow, not on the tool's popularity.
When this helps
- Two existing apps need to exchange a small, well-defined set of data
- A team member spends time moving enquiries or status updates by hand
- You want a modest first automation before funding custom software
What I can deliver
A simple workflow map with trigger, actions, data fields and owner
Configured Zapier or Make scenarios in accounts controlled by the client
Tests for missing fields, duplicate events and failed actions
A maintenance note covering credentials, task limits and error notifications
How I work
Check the connectors
I verify that both apps expose the events and fields the task actually requires.
Plan the failure path
I specify duplicate handling, missing data and who receives an error.
Configure and test
I set up the agreed scenario and test it with representative records.
Hand over the account
I document the scenario in the client's workspace so it is not dependent on my private login.
One bounded connection between existing systems
This price covers the starting scope described above. I confirm a quote after reviewing your brief and existing systems. Third-party fees are separate.
Send a brief on WhatsAppFor development work I deliver, I correct defects in the agreed scope reported within 90 days of launch. New features, changes by others and third-party outages are separate work.

Frequently asked questions
Is Zapier or Make always cheaper than custom code?
Not always. Subscription, task volume and connector limits can change the comparison. I review those costs before recommending a route.
Can you use our existing accounts?
Yes. I prefer the business to own the accounts, connections and credentials. I request only the access needed for the agreed work.
What if a connector does not support the required data?
I check whether an API or webhook can fill the gap. If that makes the automation fragile, I recommend a custom integration instead.
