Moscow Silk
a business district people can navigate
I read Moscow Silk as two visitor journeys sharing one place: finding a premise and understanding daily life in the district.

The challenge
The Moscow Silk business district serves prospective tenants as well as companies already based there. Its website needed to explain the location while helping people find premises and understand the businesses and facilities around them.
The approach
The WordPress website was organised around those different visitor needs. A place-led introduction establishes the district’s character, while navigation separates property discovery from the information intended for existing residents.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
A map that supports a property decision
An interactive map combines premises with nearby organisations. Filters include property type, area and price; visitors can also choose which resident categories to display, such as restaurants or shops. Location becomes part of the comparison rather than a separate contact detail.
Navigation that gives space back to content
The header changes from a full information panel to a compact form during scrolling. A dedicated resident section and clear contact routes keep practical tasks accessible. The content and map form a usable district guide as well as a corporate presentation.
The outcome
Interactive premises and resident map
Separate routes for prospective and existing tenants
