The challenge
Arti’s brief was to bring a physical textile assortment into an online shopping experience. Customers needed to judge materials visually, find the right type of product and select size or colour before adding it to a basket. The engagement did not reach a completed launch.
The approach
I worked on the WordPress and WooCommerce storefront for Arti. The archive covers planning, navigation, the product catalogue and variant selection. The project did not reach a completed launch, so I present the design and implementation work rather than claim sales results.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
Plan the catalogue before building it
I worked from catalogue wireframes that set out the shopping route. The design separates product collections from editorial content, with a two-panel menu for moving between them.
Bring the fabric into the product page
I worked on product pages with a large image gallery and controls for colour, size and quantity. Buyers can inspect the textile, choose a variant and add it to the order from the same page.
Keep the brand visible on smaller screens
I worked on responsive storefront layouts alongside the desktop version. The original mobile presentation shows how contact and editorial pages carry the same photography and typography. These are archived project designs, not current live screens.
The outcome
Textile catalogue and product-variant interfaces
Historical design and development work; no launch claimed
