AI Consulting & Prototyping
Find the useful first experiment before committing to a full build.
Discuss a projectThe scope
A good AI idea starts with a specific task, real inputs and a way to judge the output. I review the workflow with you, compare model-based and simpler approaches, and build a small test where it will answer an important question. The result is a decision you can act on: what to build, what to change, or what to leave alone.
I also look at the less visible parts of a pilot: data access, review by a person, running cost and what happens when the model gives an unusable answer.
When this helps
- You have a repetitive task but do not know whether AI is the right tool
- A demo looks promising but has only been tested on carefully chosen examples
- You need a concrete first scope before approving a larger implementation budget
From process to production.
A useful AI system starts with a defined task, earns access to the right context, and proves itself on real work.
Discuss your workflowDefine the job
Map the trigger, inputs, decisions and exceptions. Agree on what the system may do and when a person takes over.
Working resultA focused, testable scopeConnect the context
Connect approved data and tools. Set access rules, handoffs and fallback paths around the workflow.
Working resultAn integrated working flowEvaluate in use
Test representative tasks, review errors, time and running costs, then improve the flow before and after launch.
Working resultA system you can inspect and refine
What I can deliver
A use-case map with the task, users, available data and a measurable acceptance test
A comparison of AI, rules-based and manual approaches for the selected workflow
A small working prototype tested against typical and difficult examples
A decision note covering product scope, model costs, privacy questions and next steps
How I work
Understand the task
I map the current steps, inputs, quality bar and person responsible for the final decision.
Test the idea
I run representative examples through a limited prototype and record errors, cost and review effort.
Recommend a route
I explain the findings and hand over a build scope, an alternative approach or a clear reason to pause.
A 60-minute use-case review and written pilot priorities; the prototype is quoted separately
This price covers the starting scope described above. I confirm a quote after reviewing your brief and existing systems. Third-party fees are separate.
Send a brief on WhatsAppFor development work I deliver, I correct defects in the agreed scope reported within 90 days of launch. New features, changes by others and third-party outages are separate work.

Frequently asked questions
What if AI is not the best solution?
I say so and describe a simpler route. The review is useful when it prevents an expensive feature that would be hard to trust or maintain.
Do I need clean data before we start?
No. I first inspect what is available and identify gaps. A prototype can use a small approved sample, provided it represents the work the system would actually face.
Is the prototype a production system?
No. It is a focused way to test feasibility. Security, monitoring, support and production integration are scoped separately if the result justifies a build.
