VTKSPB
making an industrial catalogue searchable
I think an industrial catalogue succeeds when an exact stock number becomes a fast route to the correct product and enquiry.

The challenge
Industrial buyers often arrive with an article number or a tightly defined specification. VTKSPB needed to make a large assortment searchable while supporting enquiries for both a single item and a collection of products.
The approach
The WordPress and WooCommerce catalogue combines category navigation, filters and live search suggestions. The product model presents the real stock article number alongside the image and description, connecting the website to the language used by purchasing teams.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
Fast routes to a particular component
The live search returns relevant product suggestions while the visitor types. A category sidebar and additional filters provide another route when the buyer knows the equipment family rather than its exact name.
An order list that supports an enquiry
Product pages offer quantity entry, an add-to-basket action and a price-enquiry route. The basket groups the required items into one request, supporting a sales-assisted industrial purchasing process instead of assuming that every item has an immediate retail-style checkout.
The outcome
Search and filtering across an extensive industrial catalogue
Single-product and combined-basket enquiries
