Europa
a corporate site for a multi-division business
I see the challenge in giving retail, property and production distinct stories while keeping one editable corporate system behind them.

The challenge
Europa’s old corporate site had to represent very different audiences, from shoppers to business partners, yet was awkward to update. A redesign needed to clarify the group’s activities and give its staff a practical publishing workflow.
The approach
The delivery included a bespoke design system and WordPress theme. Distinct content types give each business area the fields it needs, while fixed page structures preserve the design when editors change the content.
The project, in detail
The images show the interface and its context. Captions distinguish project archives from current-site views.
One system, different content models
Shopping centres, shops, news, vacancies and employees have separate record types. Each can use its own catalogue structure, filtering and presentation instead of forcing every record into a generic page.
Flexibility with design boundaries
The site uses a broad set of individually designed templates. Editors can change substantial content from administration, but layout boundaries stop routine updates from breaking the agreed visual structure.
The outcome
A launched corporate site with structured content management across the group’s business areas.
Details of Europa
How could one site represent several business divisions?
Shopping centres, shops, news, vacancies and employees had separate WordPress content models. Controlled templates kept everyday editorial updates within the design.
