Alofa
a car rental catalogue and booking website
I turned the supplied design into a WordPress rental site, with a searchable fleet, CSV imports and booking requests that retain the visitor’s choices.

The challenge
A new family-owned car rental business needed its first website to explain the service, show available vehicles and accept booking enquiries. The supplied design had to become a practical tool for a small operating team.
The approach
I built the WordPress site from the supplied design, including the vehicle catalogue and booking requests. I also developed the CSV import and pricing rules used behind these pages.
The project, in detail
Original project screens and the supplied Figma designs show the search, fleet catalogue and enquiry form. Close-up views make the fields and price breakdown easier to read. Prices in the designs are examples.
Search that carries forward
I built a shared search form for the rental pages. Once a visitor chooses a vehicle, their selected rental details carry into the enquiry form instead of starting the process again.
Fleet data without repetitive editing
I added CSV import for creating and updating vehicles, models, rental prices and availability fields. The operator can maintain the catalogue from a file instead of opening every vehicle record.
A request with a price context
I developed backend rules for preliminary rental prices and discounts. I implemented the supplied desktop and mobile form designs and manually tested the search and enquiry screens. The price summary shown here comes from the original design.

Alofa rental enquiry with dates, extras and a complete price summary. Original Figma design.

Rental cost breakdown and payment choices. Sample figures from the original design, not current rental prices.

Alofa desktop homepage with rental search, offers and vehicle categories. Original Figma design.

Mobile Alofa homepage and compact rental-search form. Original Figma design.

Alofa Samoa Rentals page layouts implemented for the company’s first website.
On a smaller screen
The original mobile designs show the search form and date picker. These are supplied project mockups, not captures of the current live site.
The outcome
The company’s first website and online channel for vehicle enquiries and booking requests.

What kind of website work was this?
The first rental site made the fleet browsable and sent booking enquiries the operator could handle.
